Hello,

Partial down time is currently being experienced depending on where you are situated geographically.

As an example, UK provider "BT Internet" is currently failing to communicate with any of our servers, or any server within the data facility we utilise.

It should be noted that this issue is not directly a local ISP issue, nor is it a data center/facility issue, it is a problem along the route taken between specific providers and the telecommunications house with Cogent.

This will be resolved in due course but sadly is out of our hands, so I cannot give a real time estimate of how long it'll take.

As a further update from this post yesterday, approximately 45 minutes after the post was made the problem was identified as one of our core edge routers and was replaced.

This issue is now resolved.

As a further note, only a select few routes from the United Kingdom would've been disrupted.
